I am currently an expreinced researcher at Ericsson research in Santa Clara, USA. I received my B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from Shiraz University of Technology, Iran, in 2011 and my Ph.D. degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2016. During my Ph.D., I was a recipient of the SINGA Fellowship. From 2015-2018, I was a visiting student and later postdoctoral associate at the Bradley department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech under the supervision of Prof. Dhillon. I was selected as a top 60 world’s brightest women for Rising Stars program in 2016. My research interests include communications theory, stochastic geometry, device-to-device networks, and wireless ad hoc and heterogeneous cellular networks.
